A question about journal titles

Wayne Estes

Would the name of the RideWithGPS route below be an acceptable name for a tour journal here on Cycleblaze?

Or would it better to have a title of Riding the Snake from Twin Falls to Grand Tetons, which mixes languages but means exactly the same thing?

I plan to do this route next year.

Hey - it is your journal, your ride. Call it whatever you wish. It is not like this is a site where children are likely to roam without any supervision, and even if they do...so what. Frankly we like the slightly cheeky RWGPS title, but it is really your choice.

Once or twice--maybe more--but definitely less than 20 times, I've used words in my journals that are naughtier than the t-word.  I haven't used them in a title though.  I'm no prude or anything, but the safer option might be "Grand Teton"--if for no other reason than to avoid attracting the type of folks who like to Google such words as tits.

Not one bit more seriously though, what were you thinking when you devised a route that appears to be 90% uphill?  Still, it looks pretty fun.

Greg, good point about possibly attracting people searching for certain words. Or maybe I should keep the name just to disappoint those searchers.

The route goes upstream but would actually be one of my flattest tours ever. I thought about doing it downstream, but decided that the Grand Tetons is a more satisfying goal than Twin Falls.

My indecision about the choice of names is especially ironic because the route is mostly in the "Mormon belt" where people don't talk about Tetons.
