Anyone have information on the Willapa Hills Trail from Chehalis/Centralia WA to Raymond WA?

No personal experience, but I've monitored efforts to develop this trail over the years. At the moment it appears to be mostly, but just barely, rideable from end-to-end with a mountain bike. Here's a recent news article:
