My wife is down at our daughter's house helping with our new grandson and our nighttime routines together (including video streaming) have been disrupted. YouTube helpfully suggested a bunch of bikepacking videos for me to fill the time, these two short ones were really good:

• Unhurried -  a really soothing video by Markus Stitz with awesome shots of the scenery along the John Muir Way across Scotland. 
• A Line in the Sand - Emily Batty and friends bikepacking at pretty high speeds (except for hike a biking through deep sand) across Iceland. More info at her web site here.

I had the Emily Batty one on my to-watch list but thanks for the recommendation for Scotland.  We enjoyed Bikepacking Scotland's North Coast 500 in Three Days but that's not really our style.
