Dodie was a "mean mom " also, but it is different when you are just the grandparent, especially when an actual parent is present.
1 month agoIt would be interesting to hear what the kids really thought of their adventure after being home a couple of weeks. Anyway, great reading here on all counts. (says Grandma from her knitting chair, lol)

1 month agoThe cars are actually quite small and the whole thing is articulated in order to turn the tight corners and fit in the roadways of the old medieval city.

We also would be interested in the kids' take on their part of the trip. Hopefully our daughterinlaw will send us their accounts as they tell them to her.
