Yes we do. We meet the nicest people on bike tours. It's really different than traveling by car.

6 months agoThe local story is that the owner had a connection from the second story of his house for the use of his wife and seven daughters. The outhouse is privately owned and has been largely reconstructed. The adjacent home is long gone.
6 months agoGood question! Using trees for "yard art" seems to be the thing on our route this year. It isn't something we have noticed before, but folks have gotten very creative with their stumps.

6 months agoDo they get that much snow? We toured a two story outhouse in Wyoming. They said the snow was so deep in the winter, the top story was necessary. I see this one also has an upstairs door.
