I remember helping my mother hang clothes on the line when I was young. It's more work, but the clothes smell so good. I still put my pillowcases on the lanai to dry sometimes so I can enjoy that freshness that just can't come from a dryer.

This building is an attraction of the town, I like the "color combination"!

This is the way we dry our clothes, we have no laundry dryer when I was growing up.

Walnuts! Yummy! But lots of work. I'm patiently awaiting the fall harvest along our local bike paths. Cyclists generally hate them because they can cause pinch flats on a road bike.

Tall pinkish flowers are purple loosestrife.

Smaller rounded pink flowers (lower left center bottom among blue) are red clover.

Brilliant blue flowers are the ever-present chicory. You can eat it. Nutritious, but I find it a bit bitter.

Thank you for taking the time to identify these plants for me. I should have remembered this one. My next door neighbor had one too.

I thought Goshen was in New York.

I took one apart back in the early 70's and removed the front end, rear suspension and motor. From that I constructed a dune (for the road). I sold it about 15 years ago to a guy down here in Florida somewhere.

I hope you day back goes well. Hugs Kerry, I never used my granny gear like I have in WA. They other day I missed a shift and the rear derailleur wad snapped forward and the chain was touching itself. I took time to untangle it, I was so scared. Being be more catrful.
