We will keep you guys close in thought as you begin the journey tomorrow…..and certainly will watch the hurricane path. Don’t take any chances … be smart … like the Eagle!

Today will be the hottest day here and then the temps will start to drop. We leave tomorrow and hopefully the hurricane stays out to sea and doesn’t hit land.

That must have been awesome. Those are the things that are so memorable and even more so when you happen upon them.

Back in the 80s I did a solo motorcycle tour of New England. My first stop from Maryland was Mt. Monadnock and camping at Miller State Park - where I lucked into a ranger-led "sunset to moon rise" hike to the summit. They gave out flashlights and we watched the sunset to the west, hiked up to the summit and watched the moon (in my memory, a full moon) rise in the east. Very cool place.

So glad you will take a break with friends! Soak it up and Gary should ice and give his knees a rest. Listen to the music teacher! Surely she must know. 😌 An IPA might help, too. 😉
Relax and enjoy this time! A&P

Yes, it is great to be able to see friends and get to spend some time with them. Gary sure did love the IPA. He has been lucky with such a variety of them.

Isn’t it a small world. When you see something that brings back memories

So happy for your time with friends again…and it looks like they are excited to see you, too! Loved that church picture! You have done such a beautiful job taking pics of interesting architecture, animals, people you’ve met, and gorgeous landscapes—makes me sigh. And that IPA sure looked nice, too. 😉
Wishing you a beautiful ride again and then a rest with friends!! A& P
