Fluffies must be an exotic to us NZ treat. At the market yesterday we took them into a fabulously expensive chocolate shop, and they got some of the official chocolates. But we almost got them a long chocolate coated loaf with marshmallow centre.

Do your grandchildren like fluffies. That's what we usually give children in NZ. Can come well decorated with chocolate hail and marshmallows on the side.

Oooh, here the recipient cousins have drawn pictures to send to montreal! Assuming I can get it together enough to mail them....

We are really eager to actually get cycling, but as of this writing, that is still at least four days away!

Yes, you usually get a trim before a trip. But it was not enough to permit a coon skin cap (with tail!) that I found downtown.

I have memories of us making these as kids. Illusionary or did Grandma Freda bake them for us at some point?

Definitely didn’t look like that picture!

Rare to see Josh looking so much fluffy that you - is that so your helmet will fit?

Today on the bus I learned that the preferred rate is available to kids 6-11 without ID, but that a senior needs a "Photo Opus Card". I could cry foul, but maybe it's ok that they need me to prove that I am an old crock.

Is Josh a lion or a piglet?

I remember my mother (born 1930) telling me that she travelled at the child fare on the bus in Edmonton into her twenties. It was by height and at 5'1", I guess she was below a line painted somewhere.

My thoughts exactly! You will need to do some serious pedalling after all that! But I must admit, the poutine looked amazing!
