Also, that nem lui looks delicious!
Admirable that the Traveler's voice of reason convinces the Montanan not to clock the hovering guy.
I think Mrs. Grumby would have lost her British-like composure, possibly letting an elbow fly back at the Hoverer.
And, again, I'm not sure about Mr. Grumby's use of the word 'delicious' with 'canned chicken'.
But I do like your description of cycling as a condiment to the hotdog of the travel experience. I think I'd like to take that approach on our next tour.

It’s my son’s Hubba Hubba, which we keep borrowing for these long trips during winter months when he won’t be using it. He’s a peach.
5 years agoI was completely exhausted by the extremely steep climb up and over to this area. I couldn’t believe it the next morning when Bruce started packing up the next day to leave and do it all over again.

5 years agoLove the ferry ride story & photos. Very cool to see how the way you travel creates so many valuable connections with people.
What a different place our world would be if we would all turn off our televsions and go out to have an experience or 2 like this.
And the word 'delicious' looks much better next to 'Vietnamese banana' than next to 'canned chicken'.
