Is Giant's Causeway in Northern Ireland another example of columnar basalt?
I had planned to visit there, but the weather beat me back and will visit there anther time.

1 year agoI picked ripe blackberries along the Clearwater River yesterday - so sweet! We're camped at Hell's Gate SP but missed you when you came through this area.

1 year agoI vote for the motel room on the hot days. You can't recover if your core temperature is too high.
1 year agoSafer in the center and believe me , you could see almost all the way down….only had one oncoming car and saw them in plenty of time.
1 year agoEd was hugging the yellow line a little too closely going around that curve… he needs to leave more space for idiot drivers coming the opposite way!
