1 year agoWe did not particularly "like" the event either. Amazing how adrenalin can give you strength, even with a cracked rib Mom was able to lift the bike and rescue Dad.

1 year agoOur ride from Sintra to Lisbon was one of the favourites of the tour. Once we got to Cascais it was mostly bike path all the way into Lisbon primarily along the water, and primarily flat.

1 year agoSteve does find the geometry of my bike a challenge, but he is such a good sport that he helps me out this way often!

1 year agoA lot of the hills here are super steep. Walking, or Steve walking both bikes up one at a time while Dodie trudges up solo, seems to do it for us.
