1 year agoYour oriole is a Danaus plexippus and it is sipping nectar from Rudbeckia laciniata to fuel its long journey south.

1 year agoGood answer about the endangeredness, but I think it might be a baby Baltimore Oriole. They aren't so rare in these parts.
