The older we get the longer the jetlag seems to last. Don't worry, thus too shall pass.

Looks just about right for the traditional gear explosion prior to organization.

Jet lag! Ugh! We find that melatonin before bedtime the first few nights helps.

Thanks Jacquie. So many CBers on the road right now it will be tough to keep up. I will check in on your progress from time to time. Good luck!

We are sitting out a rainy day in Toulouse right now. But that is okay as these were preparation days and the nice weather window will arrive perfectly timed for our departure. I see that you and Scott have braved the more difficult stretch and will also see an improvement. I have been following along with you too. Looking forward to getting started!

Karen it looks like you and Bruce will have timed the weather perfectly. You will love Majorca as we really did. There are some stunning rides. Hope that you find your way to some of the epic climbs too!

Patrick, glad that you found us. I know about your experiences in these parts from a few years ago. You and Susanna were very brave to tackle some big hills so early on your tour. With the luxury of time we hope to work our way in to it a bit more gradually. Your descriptions and pictures are in part way we came this way.

Thanks Anne and Steve. I know that you discovered Toulouse first and can see why you loved it. We where out for a short walk this morning to the market and are convinced that this small city has figured it out. Our home town will never catch up.

Hi Scott and Pat,
Welcome back to Europe…looking forward to following along. We are leaving Victoria today, heading for Madrid. We’re dealing with our own cable/adapter challenges 🫢. Anne will start the blog later this week.

Hi Pat and Scott
So excited for you that you are back in Europe and in a city we love too, Toulouse. Yes we have had thoughts as well to it being a city we could spend some months in. Enjoy your trip, we will be following along!

Toulouse sounds like such an attractive city. Somehow we’ve never made it here.
