Interesting that the sign on the back of the truck(?) mentions precaution, and keeping a safe distance, yet it appears the truck has run into the sign!

When we visited we were told Guatemala had gotten a lot of help from Israel - especially designing and building water systems for irrigating crops in the area east of Guatemala City. Maybe they have invested in this area as well

I am sorry you lost your camera, David! Now your pictures will all be in your mind. Perhaps you may have an idea ( probably at a later date) where it could possibly be. We all lose something dear to us at some point in our lives and always beat ourselves up over it. It’s unfortunate to be a “part of life”.. At least you are living yours!
