What a send-off you got from Paris. That city rarely disappoints. Have a great winter, thanks for your electioneering, and who knows, maybe we’ll see each other again next year in France.
5 months agoAgreed totally with you, Patrick! 2 more weeks of biting our nails and hopefully the outcome is what you and I wish for..
On your side, Susan..Well, done and such a trooper always with a cute smile on your face. You are, truly, an inspiration!
I look forward to your 2025 journal Susan.
5 months agoFlâneuring! A new word for me and it perfectly describes my favourite way to experience a place. Thanks for your journal. I have enjoyed and learned from it. The first time I work the word flâneuring into one of my journals I will give you full credit!
5 months agoA perfect summary. Thanks for sharing your adventures with us. I'm not going to hold back though on the politics. Hope you get rid of that fascist once and for all!

5 months agoThanks Patrick. I really appreciate you following along and especially for all your comments and encouragement.

5 months agoAgree, but VG is the sweetest!
5 months agoHow did you like Dole? Maybe it was the rain, but it had a charm of an old French town unmarred by tourism. I kept thinking they could make historical movies without too many modifications
5 months agoI think it might but I wasn’t sure at the time. I’ll have to check
5 months agoPhotos like this deserve double hearts.
6 months agoWell. I'm truly forlorn to see this adventure dim. Thanks for your openness, your positive energy, your photos and your stories. Besides, your country seems to need more people like you around right now!
