Looks much nicer than our place. I bet it even has heat.
1 year agoLooks like it’s gotten even ruder over the last four years.
1 year agoAnd I was thinking of emailing you and then thought, nah, they wouldn’t leave Ragusa after only one night!
1 year agoWasn’t that a rainstorm last night though? It poured on our way back from dinner in Ragusa too, but we didn’t have an umbrella. Much better than while on the bike though!
1 year agoNice. We saw this tonight from right underneath. It’s. Much better view from across the water.
1 year agoFantastic!
1 year agoSo funny! Walking back from dinner by way of the Duomo and fountain of Diana, I mentioned to Rachel that I wondered if you might be in town yourselves tonight. I forgot to check on your route when we booked a train stop for here.
1 year agoWe love Ortigia! Such a beautiful place. If you're looking for pizza, I can recommend Piano B, back across the bridges in the part of Siracusa that sticks out toward Ortigia. It was another hit from our 2019 pizza tour of Sicily.

1 year agoHe says he misses it but not enough to carry it. Apparently it used to turn on in his pannier and sounded like a large vehicle approaching from behind. Our electric toothbrushes are another matter. They come along.
1 year agoA quick question. Lyle and I are getting ready for our trip in a couple of weeks and I am thinking of bringing my water flosser ie waterpik. I never have in the past but I have grown attached to it. I know you mentioned earlier on that Al left his behind. Is he regretting it? I figure I will lose the approx 220g in body fat so I can bring it along.:)
1 year agoBlack legs and “golden slippers”
1 year agoMe either, but fortunately the internet provides an abundance of info (too much sometimes!) if one has the luxury of spending the time digging.

It did. Working radiators and those new heat pump things too—which we didn’t need to turn on.
