1 week agoYeah it’s difficult to pass by without snapping a picture. Glad we were law abiding! The town is otherwise pretty uninspiring and when you see the beach it’s kind of a pleasant shock!

1 week agoThanks, Scott. I guess adversity makes you stronger. It was a tough day but we stayed pretty upbeat throughout. The bike is amazing and that helped us a lot.

To my eye, the pinsa looks even better than a pizza. And if I was the owner of Pinsotti, I would tout my pinsa monopoly in the town of Monopoli.
