Way to crank! Mind over matter. Pain is your friend. Your PT sounds top-notch.
6 years agoGlad the progress continues!
6 years agoThat sounds like something I would do. Maybe it was worth it. We will see once the swelling subsides. It is so painful.
6 years agoToo late, Marilyn! Dodie was so thrilled, she went to an eye appointment for an hour, then we walked around a store for an hour, and went out for lunch. Result - she has been lying with her leg up, unable to pedal, for the last day!
6 years agoWay to go, Dodie. You will quickly make progress if you don't overdo it. We are thinking of you and sending our best wishes for a smooth recovery.
6 years agoWonderful news!

6 years agoFantastic, and just the news we were waiting for. Keep it up.

6 years agoDodie,
You are such a warrior! The knee is looking great! A far cry from Day One!
So close! Looks like you are making great progress, Dodie!
6 years agoHooray! That is exactly how are son started out (ACL surgery) and his physio said biking is the best for knees. I assume that applies to new ones as well as repaired ones.
Kathleen
