10 months agoWell that sounds cool. It is a really nice, flat stretch and very pretty with so many castles. Lucky you! Did you go into Bacharach? Did you get tired of Riesling?
10 months agoI am enjoying your journal because it is bringing back memories of my own. In 2019 I worked 6 months in Wiesbaden, and every weekend I explored the Rhine on the same route you took from Mainz to St. Goar! Sometimes I crossed the ferry at Rudesheim, sometimes I went on to St. Goar before returning to Wiesbaden. It was wonderful riding, thanks for reminding me with your journal! Best of luck,

1 year agoWe are from Nanaimo, BC and plan to do the Rhine river EV15 next year. It would be good to talk with you about the trip and the level of fitness required. We also hear that Calgary has some awesome trails and bike paths and would like to make a trip there too. Can you confirm? You can email me at louroussinos@shaw.ca

2 years agoincredibly on time. so when they come in - on the exact moment they are supposed to - you usually have about 4 minutes total for everyone to get off, and everyone to get on. then, whoosh!
2 years agoHand in the bikes ? To who ? Are they being shipped to Canmore ? You guys and the bikes were a tandem !
