Is that “priest strangler” pasta?
1 year agoGlad you enjoyed your tour. We would recommend Pompeii, if you get a chance. Such an amazing experience to walk through.
Hope David is enjoying putting the bikes together again and seeing all his hours of work and talent building them come together in Italy.
Glad you enjoyed it, Scott. We saw so much more and every bit of it was fascinating. Naples is like Palermo on steroids so it’s not for everyone but I am attracted to it in some weird way.
1 year agoThanks for presenting such a complete gallery. We’ve been to Pompeii but never Naples itself. The museum looks like an essential stop if we’re ever in that part of the country again.
Good luck with the weather! It’s certainly turning into an unusual spring.
We rode the Fridays on the roads. Indoor training was on our Cervelos. So, more training in the Cervelos at the start of the year and more on the Fridays towards the end.
1 year agoSweet! Did you use the Friday's on the trainer over the winter??

1 year agoThat looks delicious!
1 year agoWhat a delicious food tour! A great way to start your Italian tour.
1 year agoGlad things went so smoothly! It’s nice to hear that I’m not the only one that likes to have options for when something goes wrong! Scott always assumes everything will be fine.
1 year agoMy favorite toppings for a pizza!
1 year agoAlmost every time I’ve flown somewhere, I’ve started from YVR. Yet I’ve still never seen this sculpture.
1 year agoHi David and Anne. It's great to hear that the start of your trip is going well. How exciting to finally be there! I love the blue colour of the bike. How great to have new ones. We're back in the land of internet, for now, after an exciting adventure in 1C and snow hiking in the mountains in yes, Australia, if anyone if wondering! Beautiful beaches now.
Happy travels to both of you. Looking forward to going along for the ride. Lots of Love, Anne
I was happy to see this colour when we were selecting the paint for our frames. David’s is a dark blue, also with a silver fleck in the paint.

If we can fit it in at the end of our trip, we certainly will. I never imagined I would have this opportunity, so it would be a shame to miss it. I am really looking forward to Herculaneum on Saturday. And, we are getting antsy to start riding!
