1 year agoYou got that right, Scott. It is just amazing to think we were kids when this place was de-populated. We grew up poor, but we didn’t have a horse living in our house for warmth!
1 year agoI always think of your talented son when I experience a dish like this chocolate cake. It’s magic how they come up with flavours and textures that we have no clue as to how it was made.
1 year agoThanks, Keith. There is so much to discover in Marera. The more you see, the more you want to know. Have a read about the de-population in 1952 if you’re interested.
1 year agoI don’t know of another place at all like this.
1 year agoAnne - great description and photos of Matera and surrounds! Justice well served! What a spot!
1 year agoYumm! Yumm!
1 year agoSounds wonderful but getting there sounds really hard. I doubt it would be doable with Scott’s condition.
1 year agoYes, it is photogenic at all times of the day. And, you can hike right up to the top of the rocks, Rachel! Scott could take a ‘where’s Rachel ?k photo. 😊
