2 years agoIt had occurred to me on several occasions during my trip that "unfortunate" weather conditions could present a serious hazard, at and near the tops of mountain passes or on the vast, open exposed stretches. Risk of hypothermia, lightning strikes, etc... so I'm glad you found a haven in your own personal moment of need.

2 years agoThe East Troublesome fire that you guys rode through, coming down from Willow Creek Pass, almost wiped out Grand Lake. Because of the fire damage, they are having a tough time with flooding this summer.
2 years ago21 miles of burn …..must have been really hard to see this 😞there are not strong enough words to describe the devastation ☹️ I sure hope you have seen the worse of it
