Don’t you just love those surprise steep climbs especially when you think you have an easy day! And it must have been especially fun with legs that are already tired from several very strenuous days.

If you play your cards right, you will be passing right through Montélimar, which is the nougat capital of the world. And in Montélimar, the best is Suprem' Nougat, 3 Ave St Martin (the main street). Just saying!

You two have turned into a couple of mountain goats...well done! The Vercors is a very special place to cycle. By the way we also stayed at Clos des Secrets and loved Crest. You deserve a rest day!

Have a wonderful time in Winnipeg. I think of you more often than you can imagine. The last few days for us have been absolutely stunning. This is a beautiful area of France. Thank you for keeping me safe. It works 😀 and we appreciate it.
