Great talking with you today! I think you have the hang of CycleBlaze. Regarding packing, I like to organize by function and likelihood of being needed. One big pannier is the bedroom (minus tent) with camp clothes. One big pannier is the kitchen, pantry and bathroom (anything that has an odor that might make a bear want to investigate, plus line, carabiners and dog bone for a bear hang). One small pannier is cycling clothes. One small pannier is the office (iPad, powerbank, charging cables, book, cable lock, miscellaneous). Handlebar bag is tools, tubes, pump, wallet, phone, paper/pen, sunblock, and anything else I might need on an ad hoc basis. Tent lashed to rear racks. All the stuff I may or may not need along the way (folding spare tire, ratsack, tent/gear patch material, spare cables and brake pads, etc) gets distributed to the bottoms of the panniers to help distribute weight.

As I told you on the phone, I never trained with a load, and you have been. You're more than ready!
