Oh, we ate dinner there on our 2011 cycling trip, and we also had the quenelles de brochets--the best quenelles we've eaten in France. How nice to know that Le Buchon is still there and still serving the Lyonnais specialties.

1 year agoThere must be an unwritten rule that gravel road entrance/exits start out nice then deteriorate just to keep us cyclists honest. Enjoy Lyon.

1 year agoIt’s not a proper bike tour until you’ve pushed your loaded bike up a nasty gravel hill! Glad you made it to Lyon, it’s a wonderful place, enjoy your time there.
