Jeff,
Thanks for this information. I sure enjoyed my bowl, served with southern-style hospitably.
Jeff
Bill,
All the volunteers of the Whitewater Valley Railroad I met were top-notch. Sorry I don't have a picture of your friend.
Jeff
Kathleen,
Yes. Yes.
Jeff
Jeff,
I'm sure I would have thought better of the crossings in Muncie had it been a different time of day. Also, I was remembering how the trail though Marion had been so hassle-free, being mostly above and below roads. I agree - any trail is better than no trail.
Jeff
Bill,
An expert on flowers and insects!
Thanks.
Jeff
Bill,
Thanks for sharing your identification wisdom.
Jeff
Kathleen,
"Practice makes perfect."
Jeff
Nancy,
If not for stopping to think, I would have ended up as tarred-up as my tires! The tar all wore off the tires on its own by riding some 60 miles.
The insect pictures are actually just one insect - a cicada - "hatching".
Jeff
Marilyn,
Memories of home for me.
Jeff
Marilyn,
The Midwest, for sure!
Jeff
Mike,
Amazingly, 1.5 day riding is all it took to wear off all the tar from the tires. Clean enough to roll into a motel room!
Jeff
Nancy,
They had the courtroom full of emancipation posters also, which made it even more crowded.
I'm giving credit for the better photos to the new phone's camera.
Jeff
Scott,
Yes. I only heard about it after the statue was installed.
Jeff
Kathleen,
You're too kind.
Jeff
Bill,
2 years agoI was farther west at that point. Bike trails sure made it easy to get through Dayton.
