Booking doesn’t always list the cheapest places or even the best rates in my experience. Sometimes you can have better luck by calling the TI in your target town, assuming someone picks up that speaks your language. Probably rates will go back down once you get past the Bodensee area. Hopefully.

2 years agoThose prices look insane something we have always found in Switzerland Reminds me of cycling along the Italian Riviera in 2019. Your banker will be pleased when you reach the Chez Republic We found Poland and Hungry reasonable too
