I'm glad you are taking the risk of crocodiles seriously. We borrowed a heap of picture books about being crocwise from the library this week and they are really dangerous.

2 years agoWhat I am learning from your blog entries is that caravaners are the real MVPs of cycle touring. Seriously though, I love your blog. Also, am going to need more information than 'yellow' to identify the driver of the road train.

2 years agoCamping under a gum tree- Eucalypts can shed quit large branches without warning even in perfectly calm conditions!

2 years agoDon't get eaten by a crocodile filling up your water bottle in a river. Hit up the grey nomads... on average they are safer.

Hi Clare. Did you swim in the pools? I washed but was too scared to swim in case of crocodiles.
