11 months agoIt's interesting that places so dedicated to peace, harmony, and serenity have such fearsome statues as a "welcome". A stark contrast, and something of a mixed message it seems to me.

11 months agoInteresting. My first reaction to the symbol on the door was "Why is this place marked as a fallout shelter?" even though that isn't really what it is. Guess I'm a child of the Cold War.

11 months ago$300?! Yikes! I don't stay in hotels that often so much, let alone a campground even if it is "glamping". I'm definitely in agreement with your choice. "Free" is my favorite price.
