The roadside fruit is amazing I wish we could get fruit disease free like this in our garden. the amazing thing is that no one except us seems to be gathering it. This is a interesting and very diferent route - NO foreign tourists just us. Tonight's hotel is bilingual - German and Polish not a word of English !

You should be able to use it, if it is still functionally working. Just check if any lose bits might cut your finger (normally shouldn't). The screen should be easily replaced at a store (probably only half an hour). Love, Tao

Thanks for the hotel picture. Interesting that there really is a Prenzlau, we only know the neighborhood in Berlin. But then it had to be named after something. I find the East still very different and it takes a little nerve to tackle it. Good for you.

It is such a wonderful ride from Chur to Disentis we did it when we rode up the Rhine a few years ago. Just loved those natural tunnels over the road. You certainly are doing lots of climbing
