What a brilliant day (and brilliant post). I'm filing away the phrase 'I schooled them Aesop-style!' for the next time I'm overtaken by someone unreasonably young and fit (won't be a very long wait...)

1 year ago191cm (or 6'3" as absurdly I still tend to think of my weight in kg but my height in feet and inches). So not a bad weight really! - it was more a shock just to see it creep up over the last couple of years...

Thanks Polly - haha, yeah I think it'll go down as one of my favourite of the trip. I always wondered how the tortoise and hare thing worked and now I know all too well.
