Steve looks at the weather apps and worries all day about possible rain, while I look at the sky and the road, and if there is no rain, I ride happy. We each have our preference, but I have less anticipatory anxiety.

1 year agoFor all the times we’ve been to France now, somehow we’ve never been to Toulouse. Maybe next year. Seeing all those mail slots makes it especially tempting.

1 year agoLooks like broom. Gorse has sharp spines. Scotch Broom is just one of many common names. At least there it's a native plant. My sinuses don't care if it's native or not..

1 year agoI hope you warm up soon. I know how you feel in stone buildings. I never seemed to be warm in my granite walled house in Scotland!
1 year agoI like it. Is it decorative or just a storage method? Hard to tell. Actually looking more closely the rear wheel looks bent.
