Kathleen Classen commented on Le Tâtre to Cognac

You solved a mystery for me. I have been wondering for days what VTT means and kept forgetting to look it up. It seems so obvious now that I know.

Waterproof shorts? I’ll have to look into that.

The ferry and service were fine and the fare was around 3€ for a 30 minute crossing.

Every time I take a ferry somewhere other than here I appreciate BC Ferries

It looks like a somewhat damp day tomorrow but after that it’s looking good for several days. Really getting my money’s worth of my new water proof Race Face shorts I purchased at Mec (on sale at that) just before we left.

We will definitely have to give those Bonne Maman’s a try.

Yes I realized that it was likely for handwashing shortly after I sent you the note. However I think we will try to pick some since we hand wash as well.

I’m so sorry about the weather up north, for you and everyone else on the road now. Looking at the map earlier today, it looks like southern Italy is about the only dry corner of the continent. Hopefully it will stabilize soon.

I should have known you would have tried them! I like all the flavours but I think raspberry is my favourite.

It’s actually for hand washing. I find I usually wash my riding clothes daily (except the baggy over-shorts) using my Scrubba bag in the shower.

Bonnie Maman has a range of tartelettes, all of which have powerful antibonk properties. Dodie

Perfect timing- we need to pick up some laundry soap today as our accommodation tonite apparently has a washer. Being Sunday that might difficult. Will also have to try those tartelettes.. About a week ago I purchased an amazing tartlette at a small bakery and I have been on the tartelette hunt ever since.
