Really cool crevasse! Scary how close you can get to an icy hole hundreds of feet down. Did you wear your sunglasses?!? (mom question...haha)

Bummer the thunderstorm interrupted your glacial swim, that’s some crazy weather you’re experiencing. Heard the hostel in Lauterbrunnen fills fast, glad you found a dry bed for the night.

Quite a challenge if the Alps sound especially with the rain. When I was there I remember those skinny roads looking over the mountain cliffs. I hope you have space to ride safely. Glad you have been able to run into a few people to share some conversation. Have a nice day tomorrow.

Good decision to take the bus, that sounded very sketchy. Good job wearing out a pair of shoes, I’ve never done that (or even heard of that)!

Happy birthday Erik! You're a beast. Make sure to eat a huge piece of Torte. From the gang hanging out in Canada. Tante Uschi, Onkel Ron, Tante Cordi and Onkel Mark

Glad you chose not to stay on that busy road, and then discovered that cool mule trail - nice!

The Alps looks nice, going to be quite a challenge after looking at these farmlands and swiss villages. Your friend seemed very friendly.

Good luck with the Alps. I can see them in the background and love the flowers.

Love those old stone walls while biking. And bet your dad lowed the brewing place. Your meals sound great and nice to cool off. Hope your bike stays in shape in the Alps
