I so love these 'hauling by head' photos.

As if that weren't impressive enough .. this woman continues to balance the load while thinking with eyes closed.

This motif has popped up elsewhere in Asia too but we have no idea what the reference is. We immediately recognized it though, from other cycle tourists’ photos.

.. imagining the sights and sounds of a post-human planet. Birdsong, absence of belching trucks, thick greenery. Re-emergence of life forms extinguished by human "progress".

Thanks for writing about the corruption in Cambodia. I can't believe what land owners are doing to the land and its occupants (humans and so many other species).
