8 months agoThat is probably the Balclutha. On the extreme right is a small slice of a white building which is the maritime museum and the entry into the water for the Dolphin and South End Rowing Clubs. The old Ghirardelli Square sign is still visible above the area but just below the towers of apartments behind it. Coit Tower is also visible along with the Transamerica Building and the Bank of America World Trade Center. These are the landmarks of my childhood and teenage years. Don’t ask me to point out the new monstrosoties of 2024…
