Hi Bryony,
This is Susan. We met in France last summer on a camping. We were cycling with little Sam. We are planning a cycling trip to new Zealand so I would love to het in contact with you. But the phone number you gave us is a Dutch one, which you are probably not using anymore. I am curious if you have done Some cycling in new Zealand yet with Tobias and how this worked out. I hope to hear from you. Kind regards! Max, Susan and Sam!
Dank and hope you are happy to be back in the land of the Long White Cloud.
1 year agoLove how Tobias is the only one NOT facing the camera! ;)
1 year agoThanks so much for sharing your lovely adventure. I really enjoyed reading about your travels, and I’m very impressed with all of you. Tobias gets all the gold stars for being an excellent happy wanderer.
1 year agoIt sure sounds like Tobias is a great traveller. Wonderful that you wrote this blog so he can look back in later years and relive all his wonderful experiences.
1 year agoLovely photo; it’s like a painting.
1 year agoToo bad that by the time they are old enough to be really helpful they have mostly lost interest in helping.
1 year agoGot a replacement on the way but I become emotionally attached to things like this. It's been on so many adventures with me. And it's probably worthless to most people. Just a bit upsetting that one person ruined my trust in everyone and I've got to build that back up.
1 year agoI've become dependent on my cycle computer, can't imagine giving it up. I hope James gets a replacement soon. Kudos to you for keeping all the wheels turning.
1 year agoYour kid is so terrific. I love the things he says, and also love that you record them in this blog. Dodie

Mountains may be wow-ees from now on. It’s a good name. When our daughter was small, every time we used a tape measure and then pushed the retraction button to wind it up, we would say “Ta da!” So she thought that was the word for tape measure. Twenty years later, we still call tape measures ta-das.
Wow-eee

Hi you guys! Thanks for getting in touch. We are very excited that you are planning to come to NZ. We have not done so much cycling here yet, but we plan to this summer. We are just waiting for winter to finish. I have indeed changed to a NZ number. Perhaps you can message me through warm showers so that I can pass it on to you.
