Thanks, Kathleen. Me too!
4 months agoThanks. Thought so 😊
4 months agoWhat a stunning gallery, Amber. It looks like the sky was amazing all the way south. Heal well.
4 months agoGlad you continued the trip, and that you’re home safe to do some healing. Hope it goes by fast and you’re back on a bike in no time.
4 months agoYes, that is Mt. Hood. She's pretty from every angle.
4 months agoOh, and no we haven’t started the refund/complaint process yet. Will let you know how that goes.
4 months agoThe inside is fine — mostly taken up by the big bed. There are a couple of wooden chairs and 2 small tables framing the door. An electric space heater, which I don’t think we’ll need. I would have taken a picture, but we had already thrown our stuff all over the bed.
4 months agoHow is the inside of your cabin? Have you started the refund process? How's that going? I've never had this situation come up - but there's always a little uncertainty about access/door codes, etc.
4 months agoLibby is the site of one of the biggest Superfund sites in the US. I am one of the many that grew up breathing asbestos and have the lung issues to prove it. It was a booming lumber, mining, and dam-building town when I grew up there, but all of that is over now (which I'm not sad about but wish somebody creative would see that there is a billion-dollar view going on).
4 months agoRight. And the pictures on the wall are all trophy kill pictures. It was hard to look at.
4 months agoI thought it was a cute town, but maybe fallen on hard times.
4 months agoThanks!
4 months agoIt really couldn’t be better—just before tourist season really begins, and the weather’s great, wildflowers blooming.
4 months agoYou picked the perfect time of year to visit Lincoln County. I'm glad you're enjoying the beauty and low traffic!
