Awwwwww. Love it.
2 years agoOh. My. Goodness!
2 years agoLiving in an earthquake zone here in Victoria we asked ourselves how comfortable we would feel living under those overhangs! Such an amazing place.
2 years agoSo you should. Great accomplishments.
2 years agoOh I am hooked already. I’m off now to continue reading too.
2 years agoWow!!! We definitely didn't see anything like that.
2 years agoThanks! I've enjoyed your journals. And am determined to visit some of those beautiful places you've been to in Italy and France.

2 years agoThis is nothing! We biked east to Almeria from here through the plastic ocean. Totally surreal: https://www.cycleblaze.com/journals/iberia2019/almeria/
2 years agoIt sure is. We stayed here almost 20 years ago on our own ride from Priego: https://www.cycleblaze.com/journals/andalucia2004/montefrio/.
We must have ridden almost the same route and the same overnights all the way from Cordoba to Granada.
Another of my favorite cycling roads.
2 years agoAh, yes. I remember this “road”. The views back to the city were exceptional.
2 years agoWhat an exceptional image! I searched on the name on the bike to learn more about it, but learned about him instead. This is Carlos Piedras, poet and bicycle traveler. Antipoesia translates as anti-poetry. Here’s an interview with him from a cultural event in Valencia he bicycles to: https://ciclosfera.com/a/el-poeta-que-llego-a-valencia-en-su-tall-bike
