6 months agoOh thank you Suzanne, that means a lot to me. It is a struggle to keep up but worth it to hang on to the experience. I feel pretty lucky thst we've gotten this far on the tour without any major problems. Thanks for your good wishes.

6 months agoThe panniers suggest at least some of them are on at least a short tour of their own. A pity you couldn't get the story.

I'm glad it worked out, but it's distressing to know (reaffirm, really) how deeply politics have crept into and now color every facet of life.
I've had (still got) two, and they're great. Well, one is great. The other, I've fallen out of love with.
