Lovely! One of the things that surprised me about living in Mesa during the winter is that roses thrive and are blooming in January!

4 weeks agoRelieve shin splints by toe tapping while standing. (Advice once given to me by a runner.). A regimen of various stretches before and after walking/biking is definitely beneficial.

It really is great news, as well as hilarious. I’m really perfectly fine to drive now and plan to for errands and short runs. But it’s a time consuming hassle ordering a new license, and in the meantime I’d be anxious about driving without one.

1 month agoI pick “my beggars” wisely, Scott, even if my name IS Karen..I am fortunate to have good “antennae” for who to say something to and who to avoid. Despite my very poor hearing, I am also lucky to have evaded some “sketchy” characters when I am removing graffiti.
