10 months agoThat’s what I usually do but I didn’t really look at the route Scott mapped out ahead of time and got confused. I’m definitely going to be more careful in the future.

10 months agoIf the Vietnamese coffee places were actually brewing Vietnamese coffee that is some of the best coffee in the world.
Also, you can report to Google Maps if the Starbucks is a fake one. You could also put that in the reviews section for it.

10 months agoSounds like a nice walk for Rachael - up to a point! I turn off the rerouting function, so I can always see the original route even if I leave it. Or want to backtrack on it.
10 months agoAgain, San Diego is an extension of problems which you have in Portland, and I have here in Santa Cruz. It’s the “beach lifestyle” and temperate ( usually) weather which “draws them in”…

10 months agoYes, the second storm we had two days ago ( which wasn’t really a “sure bet” actually produced more rain in a shorter period of time ( a little over an hour) with thunder and lightning , equalling one full inch!

It is easier to make an ID when you can see the head. All you've got are their bum ends and even the one at the back is keeping its bill in the water. How frustrating!
