About the age my dog was about 15 years ago when he was put to sleep. Still miss him.

I’m really enjoying your journal, Vince. I was reading a friend’s and then saw yours, and thought I’d give it a glance. Several days and hours later, I was caught up. Thanks for posting about all the beautiful things you see. I have to say I’m a big fan of Bill as well as he is great at identifying flora and fauna in your photos. And Serena and the rest of your family for all their support. Wishing you well for the duration.

Reading further along your journal, There is a roadhouse at Victoria River and some nice scenery along the river there. Katherine Gorge is worth going to visit and boat trip.

Granite, not sure. I think it could be Tindall Limestone looking at geological map north of Katherine. Reminds me of Geikie George near Derby which is an ancient coral reef. You're making great progress and hopefully the border should be open.
