That Pizza looks bloody good - trips going well!
Cheers,

Hey Mate
If you are riding to Uralla and onwards to Armidale, you don't have to ride the main highway. Years ago we rode this route with a road called Hawthorn Road being really amazing in the fall colours. Search for Hawthorn and you can be on mostly sealed, traffic free country roads.
Good luck...
Thank you Mike. I had no idea.
Cheers
Vince
Hi Vince
There were a lot of local engineering shops that made small quantities of windmills for their local areas.

3 years agoG'day mate, It's a big guitar indeed.
I've been trying to learn for a couple years now. Unsuccessfully.
I won't make your home town as I'm heading to Armidale from here.
I rode/walked up to the marsupial park and that destroyed me. I wouldn't have been keen to do another hill. It seems there are often things I want to do but don't have the time or energy. Thanks for the tip anyway.
Cheers
Vince
Thank you Steve. If I see any I'll grab a couple.
3 years agoVince welcome to my home town, Country Music Capital. That Golden Guitar was modelled on food friend’s father’s guitar. Gentle Geoff Brown.
My home village is Barraba, 80 km north of Tamworth but I also lived in Tamworth for quite a few years until
I moved to Canberra. I went to high school there etc.
There are good views back to where you rode from from Oxley Lookout in East Tamworth if you are up to a short hill ride or walk.
Thanks Bill. I looked at some other pics and you are correct.

We have been looking for a front stand for quite awhile. Could you post a photo of yours ? Loving your journal so far.
3 years agoIt will add weight for awhile, but we have found that pears will ripen after picking if they are close to ripe. They tend to get squishy quickly though.
Welcome to CycleBlaze, by the way. Glad to have you join us.
I’m very impressed! Donating blood while on the road.
