Yep, Google maps has variously routed us through a fenced in farm to someone's front door, into 6 inch deep mud at the side of a farm field, down a very steep hill onto a totally blocked off road, etc. We tend to take Google's directions with a healthy dose of salt.

3 years agoHi Kathleen,
Thanks for saying hi. Yes, I think Australia is doing extremely well through all of this uncertainty.
I've never been to Canada and would love to go. I'd love to see bears and wolves and would also be very scared of them.
Take care during your lockdown.
Cheers
Vince
Really enjoying your journal. So interesting about the lockdown. Here on the west coast of Canada we are suddenly seeing a surge of cases...much worse than Brisbane believe me, so we have entered a lockdown until the 18th of April. Keep posting! I am living vicariously through you. We love Australia and have visited several times. Can’t wait to go again.
3 years agoThank you Bill. I added your link. Great photos.
I have a good book on Corral Sea tropical fish at home. I'll be able to identify it when I get back.
Cheers
G'day Bill,
Thank you. The camera is an Olympus TG5. I think there are newer models out now.
One of the features that is handy having it on this trip is that I can transfer the photos from the camera to my phone using WiFi.
I use my phone Galaxy S20 Ultra for all of my non swimming photos.
Cheers
Vince

3 years agoThank you Bill. Yes, you are correct. I had identified it in the text after the photo but you must have missed it in your eagerness to identify it yourself? Thanks Vince
