3 years agoCongratulations and well done on a remarkable adventure Vince.
And thanks for writing such an interesting journal. Very inspiring and informative.
Thanks for the gold star ⭐! I really enjoyed researching and learning while following along. Oz has been a fascinating place, but out of reach for me. Your journal provided me a chance to take a tour even though I can't do it hands-on. Thanks for your diligent posting! I looked forward to my daily dose as you travelled. Keep the cranks turning!

Hi Vince, Sorry to see that there will be no more beautiful photos and delightful stories but totally understand your decision. All the very best on your trip home and we look forward to picking up on your journey when it continues. Stay safe, cheers from Lindsay and Cheryl.
3 years agoHi Lionel! I only realised it was you after I had left our chance meeting.
Congratulations on your ride!

3 years agoHi Vince, Lionel here, you gave me bananas in Elliott and helped me meet Mark. Thanks so much for your kindness.
I had messaged you earlier that I met your mother a few months ago! Please find me on FB as Lionel Morbelli.
I’m sure you could head down to Victoria for your roast pork and marshmallows sometime before June 2022.

Vince,
3 years agoI loved the posts and a bit sad that they have come to an end - at least for now. It was your writing style - short, straight to the point sentences, and pictures that was particularly captivating.
I'm pleased the vast majority of people cheered and waved you on the bike. Most people are kind. As in life, you'll also get a few abuses. But life is also hard, and it must have been hard on them to behave that way.
Bless Gomer.
Cheers, Toby
