Well, that’s funny too. I was going to propose realigning the dates for a tour we’re considering for next autumn (2020), and she had been planning to bring the same idea up herself. Some might feel a bit sheepish at this, but Rachael doesn’t really do sheepish.

5 years agoI am very curious as to the proposed tour that resulted in a emphatic “B” response by Rachael.
5 years agoInteresting suggestion. I don’t think hops are grown here now, but they were in the past - to feed the thirsty crews in Port Townsend during its heyday. I wish now I’d stopped in to ask the owners.
5 years agoI’m pretty impressed with it, especially after riding it today from sequim to Port Angeles. It was good the whole way today. West of here, it would probably work best if you were camping, because there’s nothing between here and the ocean except for the national park lodge at Lake Crescent. It could make a great out and back to ride it all the way from Townsend to La Push and back again.

5 years agoThis is vague, in the dim recesses of my brain as a very young person. But it is in there somewhere.
5 years agoI've never seen horns like those. Amazing. Impressive. I'm waiting for Bill to give us an identification.
