Also a Simpsons episode.
2 years agoI've played piano since I was a kid and fell in love with pipe organs when I was in college. I took lessons there and that love has continued since then. Since I could never have a house big enough for a monster like the one in the church, I discovered reed (pump) organs. From one that hobby mushroomed for both of us and I now have 4. (I had many more when we lived in a house and not a condo). Don would do the restorations and I would play them. I can only bring one with me to Arizona which is a shame. I've been able to play true pipe organs here and there which I always enjoy but I'm not too good with the pedals!
2 years agoThere was a M*A*S*H episode that centered around a tontine. Col. Potter was the final survivor.
