Nope. Actually this is a ruse. It’s a studio shot we took back in Jasper, posing in front of a blow-up enlargement.

We had a few days up around 90 (32 for you digital bigots) earlier this month, but the last two weeks have been reasonably mild. Other than the last few (unposted) days that turned smoky we’ve been really lucky. Probably a better time to be here than in notoriously wet Slovenia.

Aren't you both uncomfortable and cold with that glacial runoff running down your backs? Man, I knew you were both tough. But, not that tough!

Rachael & Scott,
It was a real pleasure to get together with you. Maybe next time we can all get out for a ride together! It was a little bit of ‘crazy time’ with the new puppy and the ‘fly-by’ canning session, hopefully we didn’t scare you away from a return visit some day. The Canmore - Nordegg -Lake Louise - Canmore loop beckons!

Yes!! I’m quite proud of myself. It’s been several months now since I’ve lost anything of consequence.

It would be ... and if you added in the Highwood loop to the south, you'd have an amazing 5-8 day figure 8 loop taking in some of the best of the Rockies and foothills riding there is. Cycle Blaze curated trip ????
