Are you in fact from Netherlands or Belgium, or both? Your Profile only has the one mysterious photo?
7 months agoSometimes we have forgotten to ask, only to find that the airport is huge and the gates almost impossible for a slow walker to reach in time. But it can be embarrassing when they take you at your word and assume that you can barely walk at all. This becomes even more embarrassing if you happen to mention to the wheelchair person that you are about to go, or just returned from, cycling 3500 or so km!

7 months agoHullo Ferry maybe next trip. We are already booked on a return flight from Paris to Victoria, so a car left in Nanaimo makes little sense this time round.

7 months agoA Paul bakery is NOT “Appalling”, but Appealing! Seriously! I have eaten at two different locations ( Nehterlands and Belgium)..Both were good. It will happen!

7 months agoThe reason you went to Star YUCKS is why I don’t..too expensive and not worth their prices…ever. Ok, off my soapbox, but, I agree sometimes you just need a coffee or other …Good for Dodie to find the “other” ..:)

I am a third generation native of San Francisco,CA. My grandfather was from the Netherlands on my Father’s side. I have only been to Belgium ( don’t like darn cobblestones)
